SHIPPING POLICY
While we do our best to get orders out next day it can take up to two days. Orders made on Saturday will be shipped on Monday morning. Our goal is always to get you your product as soon as possible.
All sales over $50 in the United States, will have free shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
We at Charisma 20 want you to be happy with your product, so if something isn't to your liking, we have a 10-day full return policy. Just reach out and we will set it right.
We know trying a fragrance purchased online is a little daunting, if the class smell is different than you thought it would be, we will replace it will a different class, no questions asked. Consider it purchasing with advantage.
